Ordering Through Plants Express

Step 1: Find your flower / plant

This can be done by simply scrolling through the flowers on the various pages and selecting the ones you require. Once you have selected the flower(s) or plant(s) you require you can add each one by pressing the Add to Cart button.

Please remember you can flip through the pages of listings by using the links at the top and bottom of the listings page eg:

Step 2: Buy It

When the the flower / plant (s) are in your shopping cart you can update the quantity you require by adjusting the number of the flower / plant (s) in the box under the "Quantity" heading - you must then press the "Update Quantity" button.

At this point you can continue shopping or buy your the flower / plant (s) - be sure to change the Country you live in to ascertain the correct delivery price. Once this is done your total price will be displayed and you can then press the "Buy Now" button to process your order.

Step 3: Receive Your Item

After you have placed the order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. You will then be sent a second email to confirm that your order has been processed.

Can I make amendments to my order?

Yes it is possible to change your order by clicking on the "View Cart" link from the main menu at the top of the page. You can then simply delete or update quantities of any item(s).

Please be aware that once you have pressed the 'Buy Now' button and paid for your order it is not possible to cancel your order.

Other ways to order

Yes you can order products from plants-express.co.uk by post. Please note that this is a slower process, please enclose a cheque made payable to Plants Express. Vase express and Inspiring images are part of the Eziranger LTD

Please include details of the product and the product code you require, your address and contact telephone number. Orders can take between 5-10 working days from receipt by us.

Returns & Refunds

Our the flower / plant (s) are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Packages must be checked on delivery. We will not accept responsibilty after it has been signed for. In the event of a damage on delivery feel free to return them for a full refund or replacement. We require an email prior to you returning the goods with the full details of the problem. A photographic image of the the flower / plant (s) sent by email is required of the damage so we can assess the damage.

After notifying us of your return please complete the following steps to ensure that it is dealt with efficiently as possible

1) This MUST include your invoice number which you will find on the original invoiceyou received with the order.

2) Wrap the the flower / plant (s) in its original packaging (if possible) and mark the box with returns

3) send the package to the address above.

4) We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return.

5) We recommend using recorded delivery service as we are unable to take responsibility until they reach us

All Items are checked before they are sent out for any damage.

Delivery & Dispatch

Please select the Country from the dropdown selection box for the prices as they change for each country. If your country is not mentioned please enquire via e-mail for the correct charge.

When can I expect to receive my order

We aim to dispatch the goods within 24 hours, as we use a combination of Royal mail and ANC couriers, we can not provide exact delivery times. As an appropiate guide please look at the following - Items dispatched by First Class Recorded mail usually arrive the following day. In some cases it has been known to take up to 10 days.

Will I be required to sign for my order?

A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods

I do not live in the UK -can I place an order?

Yes we can accept orders outside the UK. Wewill not dispatch the order until payment is completed via Protx
